Practitioner-centred supervision

I provide a trauma-informed supervision service for community and welfare practitioners wanting to build knowledge and develop skills in their roles. This is achieved through reflective practice and linking practice to theory, exploring influences and impacts of the work, and how to build internal resources.

Why use my supervision service?

Participants have reported feeling lighter and more able to manage the challenges of their roles. Supervision is not therapy, however we may identify issues which emerge in that space.
We can build knowledge and skills in managing how this may impact the work, or how the work may impact you. This does not mean working through the actual issues, but is limited to the impacts. In this instance, it can be recommended to attend EAP or private counselling of your own choice.
