I provide two types of services:
Confidential and inclusive counselling to assist you with managing daily stress and developing new skills, or to assist with specific trauma you have experienced in the past.

Simple and reasonable pricing

All of my counselling and supervision sessions run for one hour.
They can be done over the phone or online via video conferencing (via Google Meet). This makes it easy to obtain the support you need from the convenience of your own home.
Each session costs $120.

My experience and qualifications

I hold various tertiary qualifications. I have also attended professional training courses in counselling and supervision.
My work history spans child protection, corrections, and counselling people living with addictions, family violence, and trauma.
I use these skills and experience to provide professional and caring services for all my clients.
